Brit moved to Washington State as a young child and has called it home ever since. She lived in Spokane for her early years prior to her family eventually making their home in Olympia.
Brittany graduated from Western Washington University and spent her junior year studying abroad at Gonzaga-in-Florence, Italy. She went on to earn her MA in Organizational Leadership and Communications from Gonzaga University. She loved the opportunity to intern with UNHCR at a refugee camp in Romania and to study in Cagli, Italy.
After completing school, Brit lived in Seattle for a number of years working for an international logistics company, a major airline, and a pet insurance company while predominately focusing on solution integrations. She loved life in the city and enjoyed great times with friends. It is here where she met her fiancé, Brenden and they recently relocated to Olympia with their dog, Nalani.
Brit has an adventurous spirit with a passion for travel and cooking. She can frequently be found cheering on her favorite teams, singing along side her favorite artists or spending time with friends and her large extended family. On the weekends she can be found trying to make her way to the water or mountains with Nalani in tow.
