TD, hailing from Texas, is the Head of Sales and has a lifelong dedication to veterinary medicine. His journey began with working at veterinary clinic frequented by his family with their cattle during high school, sparking his passion for the field. This early exposure led him to pursue a degree in veterinary technology. While completing both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Animal Science, TD transitioned into practice management and leadership roles.
Driven to make a greater impact, TD departed clinical practice in 2017 and assumed the role of territory manager at an animal health pharmaceutical company. In 2018, he played a pivotal role in assisting one of his customers in completing their Fear Free Certified Practice Certification, marking the first certified practice in Texas. Subsequently, TD continued his experience, taking on roles in companion animal, equine, and food animal sales and management.
His career path includes a stint as a Senior Manager with the world’s largest animal health company before joining Fear Free. In addition to his professional pursuits, TD is currently pursuing a Master of Veterinary Preventative Medicine degree. During weekends, he can be found on the ranch, dedicated to raising rodeo horses, or volunteering with The Empty Shelter Project.
