How long are the webinars provided by Fear Free?

Webinars are around one hour. When enjoying the recording of each webinar you will be able to see the timing in order to skip ahead or rewind.

How do I access the recording after the fact?

Webinar registrants can expect the recorded webinar in their inbox within one week of
the event. Externally sponsored webinars will be sent to your email upon provision from
the host. After logging in, members can access member-exclusive recorded webinars on
the Fear Free site, here. Non-members can access public recorded webinars on the Fear
Free site, here.

If I forgot to register, can I access the recording? If so, where?

I registered but could not make the event. Will I still get the recording of the webinar?

When you register for Fear Free webinars, you will receive the recording in your inbox within one week of the event even if you are unable to attend the event. Please note: Externally sponsored webinars will be sent to your email upon provision from the host. After logging in, members can access recorded webinars on the Fear Free site, here.
Non-members can access public recorded webinars on the Fear Free site, here.

How long is the recording available for?

Webinars will be available indefinitely here, unless marked otherwise. Webinars that are time-sensitive will be marked as such in the follow up email and will be removed upon completion of the timeframe.

Will there be a promotion code available for attending this webinar?

If available, promotion codes will be provided within your event follow up email within one week of the event. Not all webinars will offer promotion codes. Promotion codes are not permitted to be shared and are only to be utilized by event registrants. Promotion codes are time sensitive and cannot be extended.

How do I receive the CE credit from the webinar?

Fear Free Pets only provides certificates for RACE-approved webinar CE. Upon completion of live webinars, registrants will be sent their CE certificate by email. For ondemand webinars, members will be required to complete a post-recording CE quiz to receive their CE certificate. Members completing non-RACE-approved CE will not receive a certificate.

Will this webinar be RACE-approved?

When a webinar is RACE-approved it will be noted within the promotional emails for the event and noted within the webinar’s registration page.

How do I ask questions during the webinar?

You may ask questions during the webinar by commenting in the chat. We do our best to allocate time at the end of each presentation to discuss and answer your questions.

Can I invite others to the webinar?

Yes, we are happy to have you invite colleagues or friends to learn alongside you! Please send them the registration link so that they receive all corresponding event information. You can find the event registration link here. Click “Register Here” on the event you would like to share with a colleague and send them the event’s registration page link.

Are webinars free to attend?

Yes, most of our webinars are free to attend. If an event is not free to attend, we will note that within the promotion of the webinar.
